Beef Tacos Recipe



This is one of my favorite recipes it is simple to make plus it doesn't take a long time to cook 20 minutes tops.Oh did I mention if you have kids the will love this meal my little daughter is 4 yrs old and she and my 1 yr old son both LOVE Beef Tacos!

This is all you need to make this meal,

Ingredients

. 1 pound of ground beef
. 1 head of lettuce
. 1 tomato
. 12 hard or soft shell tacos
. Taco seasoning mix
. Salsa 'optional'
. 1 8 0z package of your favorite shredded cheese
. sour cream 'optional'

Step 1
Take your 1 pound of ground beef take a spoon and scramble up the beef over medium to low heat and cook for 10 minutes or until the beef is brown .

Step 2

Drain the grease from the ground beef with a liquid straining bowl over your sink.
Return the cooked beef to the pan and add 3/4 cup of water in the pan with the package seasoning mix. Cook on low heat for 10 mins or less and stir up the beef in pan.
Place cooked beef in a large bowl container.
Step 3

Shred up the lettuce and dice up the tomato an put in separate bowls or containers.

Step 4 Place taco shells in oven in a OVEN SAFE PAN cook for 3 mins at 250 degrees then remove with a OVEN SAFE GLOVE taco shells will be crunchy and crispy.

Step 5

Take the shells and fill them up with beef, lettuce, tomato,sour cream, cheese, salsa if u like.

Step 6
